Privacy policy

AccessRadar uses personal information only to handle your request and contact you about your interest in an improvement plan. We do not sell your information or collect it for other purposes.

Who is responsible?

AccessRadar is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us with privacy questions at the email address below.

info@accessradar.nl

Which information do we receive?

When you submit a form, we receive your name, email address, website URL, and any message you provide. The request type and selected language are included so we can handle your request. Do not send sensitive personal information or passwords.

The form sends your request through our server to AccessRadar by email. Your website URL is used to handle your WCAG check or improvement-plan enquiry. The details you provide are included in that request email.

Why do we keep your email address?

We use your email address to respond to your request or send the free WCAG report you asked for. If you express interest in an improvement plan, we keep your email address to contact you personally about that interest. We do not use your details for unrelated purposes, newsletters, profiling, or advertising.

Why may we process this information?

We process your request details to take steps at your request before a possible agreement, such as discussing an improvement plan. Necessary technical processing to operate and secure the website is based on our legitimate interest in providing a working, secure service.

How long do we keep your information?

We keep your request details and email address only while they are needed to handle your request and follow up on your expressed interest in an improvement plan. When your request is complete and no follow-up is needed, we delete the details. You can ask us to stop contacting you or delete your details sooner.

Sharing and technical service providers

We do not sell your information or share it for other organisations' own marketing. Hosting and email providers, including Cloudflare, process information as needed to deliver the website and forward your request. We may also disclose information if legally required.

These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and server logs to operate and secure their services. We do not build visitor profiles.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, browser storage, or third-party trackers. To see how often our pages are visited, we count page loads on our own server per day and per page address. We save only the date, the page address and a number: no IP address, browser details or other information about the visitor, so nobody can be recognised from it. Unsent form details stay in page memory until you close or reload the page.

Your rights and contact

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or request restriction or transfer where applicable. You can object to contact about an improvement plan at any time. Email the contact address above; we respond to privacy requests within one month, unless the law permits an extension.

You can also submit a complaint to the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes to this policy

If our use of personal information changes, we update this page.

Questions about your check request and personal details

What happens when I submit the form?

Your details and request type are sent to our server, which forwards the request to AccessRadar by email. We use your email address to send your free WCAG report or respond about the monthly improvement plan, depending on your request.

Does requesting a free check subscribe me to marketing emails?

No. The details in your request are not used to subscribe you to a marketing list.

How can I ask about my personal details?

Use the contact email listed in this privacy policy to ask about the details associated with your request or to request correction or deletion where applicable.
